Fermentors & Bioreactors
New Brunswick Scientific designs and manufactures state-of-the-art fermentors and bioreactors for research through production.
NBS's wide range of BioFlo® autoclavable and sterilizable-in-place fermentors are offered in 1 – 3,000 liter capacities, ideal for heat inductions, growth of e.coli, pichia pastoris and streptomyces yeasts, and baculovirus, as well as traditional anaerobic and aerobic culture from recombinant microbial, yeast and fungal cells.
NBS CelliGen® bioreactors are suitable for mammalian, animal, plant, algae, and insect cell culture. Autoclavable, sterilizable-in-place and single-use models are available.
Additionally, many of our benchtop fermentors may also be converted for cell culture applications through addition of optional components.
