What does your warranty cover?
NBS products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period begins on date of shipment and varies by product, as specified below. We will repair or, at our option, replace the instrument or part thereof, which proves to be defective after our inspection. Replacement or repaired parts will be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty, or 90 days, whichever is longer. For warranty period and exceptions, see below.

Do you offer extended warranties?
Yes. NBS offers extended warranties on any of our products, covering parts and labor, as needed, for a period of one year beyond the original warranty expiration. What is your return policy & how do I make a return?
Policy - Equipment may be authorized for return to the factory for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of shipment. However, depending on condition, there may be a restocking charge.
Making a Return - Before returning equipment, you must first contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide your instrument model, serial number and original purchase order number.
Both the RMA number as well as a completed Certificate of Decontamination form must be clearly displayed on the outside of the containers in the return shipment, and a copy should also be placed inside the container.
